U of K beats last place LSU
On a 3 game skid it looked very ugly being down on LSU who is at the bottom of the SEC. We pulled out a win but this team just isn't looking good at all.
What's happening to Ky basketball, Tubby. Don't kill us!

I've never liked LSUs head coach...he's an idiot. The ONLY reason he's still there is because LSU got into the Final Four last year...now he has a fresh contract.

I remember Brady back from his days at Samford University here in Birmingham. He seemed to be a more likable fellow in those days, honestly.
It is hard to tell how someone will react to getting a shot at the big time like he got by going to LSU. LSU is a very talent rich state and has a pretty decent basketball tradition, and should always be competitive. I thought Brady was going to be a hit there, but these days I am beginning to have my doubts. And Leafhog, Stan Heath may yet make it at Arkansas. He's put a whipping on my team a few times. I think a lot of people at Arkansas look at Mike Anderson and think, what if... If Anderson does as well at Mizzou as I think he will, a lot of other folks will be thinking the same thing, but he would have been a really nice fit at Arkansas. Maybe resurrect a little of that Richardson magic without having to deal with Richardson. And what IS the deal with Tubby's team this year? I will not make the David Hobbs remark that, as an Alabama fan, I am usually duty-bound to make, but are they just young or what? They don't look to have that old Kentucky swagger any more. You guys have got to get that back. |
