Well, I think the Dolphin's got a solid pick but their need for a QB is greater than their need for a WR imho. I'm not a ND fan at all but Quinn was the #2 QB out there and was rated pretty high by the scouts, and QB is a harder position to fill than WR. If they get Trent Green or a good vet QB, great...he has potentially two very good wr's to throw to. QB would still be an issue in years to come for them.

The Dolphins did reach for Ginn at #9. That is what kind of bothers me about this. They could have traded down and still have been able to get Ginn later in the round. I have major question marks about Ginn. Yes, he is crazy fast and can run by everyone, but how well does he run routes? does he consistently catch the ball? does he use his hands or his body? I read somewhere where a scout said ''he runs only three routes''. So he really needs to be coached up. Contrary to what people say they did need a wide reciever. Chris Chambers is very inconsistent ( he drops two passes every single game) and Marty Booker is a possession reciever in his early 30's. That's all they got. They really needed a guy that can stretch the field. If they can get Trent Green for a year or two and groom this kid John Beck thay might have something.

Your right. The fins needed to trade out of that spot and they would have still picked up Ginn at a better price,QB Beck, and a lot more.

hahaha, I don't care what anyone says. Miami picked a punt/kick returner in the first round, hahaha. That's retarded.
