People have been going nuts on a couple of the Pats boards. People need to get a life, he grew up a Yankee fan. If he played for the Red Sox, it might be a concern. News flash folks, he owns a condo in midtown Manhattan and it is more convenient to wear a hat from a New York team while in NYC.

Bama, I was not referring to you, I was referring to the over sensitive idiots on the various Patriots message boards and to our beloved Boston Herald for having a picture of him in the hat on the front page. I am sorry, should have been more specific. Up here we should have more to worry about than our quarterback wearing a non-Boston team hat in the off season.

No worries, taltos. I hear you completely. I have never been on a Pats message board (and have no plans to!), and I didn't know anything about the Herald pic...very interesting. I think the Ortiz commercial is hilarious!

In the past I used to give our fans credit for being somewhat bright but there are now so many band wagon fans after the Super Bowls that the overall IQ of Patriot Nation has gone down by about 20 points. You know that it is bad when at 5 am one of the local stations starts its newscast with this item.
