I don't know. I couldn't see giving up my company that I helped start. I look at it this way. Say my parents/step-parent started a company totally without me. I grew up, started to work there and was fairly successful for a few years. One parent dies and I demand to have control of the company? That's not right. I don't blame her for not giving up 51%. I'm sure Dale Sr. did have intentions to let Jr take over but not at the expense of him or her.

For some reason, I think DEI will be ok.
