Here's a list of the *****, no good, ***** that found it unnecessary to pay there debts. There has been ample amount of time to pay up or at least make contact with the winners. But these folks chose to just ignore this. So I hate to give negative feedback but I feel I have no other option.

I would suggest pm'ing a Mod about this in addition. If they are still logging in to the site, or even if they are not, there are certain additional actions the Mods can take if they find it necessary.

Make it happen. If people flake out on their commitment and offer no communication (sometimes there are extenuating circumstances) they absolutely deserve negative feedback. That is what the system is for.
