Penguins sign Crosby to extension
I just read on http://tsn.ca/nhl/news_story/?ID=213216&hubname=nhl
They settled on US$43.5 million because the annual average is $8.7 million, which corresponds to the No. 87 sweater the superstar centre wears. For each of the first four seasons of the extension, Crosby will be paid $9 million, with the first year including the $5-million bonus. He'll get $7.5 million in 2012-2013. Now that is a nice little contract....All I can say is WOW! I think I need to go have a talk with my boss....I want a raise!!!

Youngest MVP ever.....hopefully he will stay healthy and score goals for a long, long time. The kid is good for the sport.

Lets go Penguins! It's so hard for me to think that Crosby is actually my age. If I lived by him growing up I could have possibly played on the same team as him....that would have been awesome. Hope he stays around for a long time, he's a lot of fun to watch.

Makes nothing but sense to me. He is the future of that franchise.

Maybe everybody in PA will get raises, youll need it for the new ticket prices to pay for the new stadium and Mr Crosby..
