Removed by his team for violating "internal rules". Apparently he lied about his whereabouts in May and June...but why was he allowed to start the race at all?

A crazy Tour this year....

Rabobank should've never let him ride the Tour. They were smart to pull him out so they could stay in the race as a team. The Chicken's tour is over. I wonder who he'll be riding with next season?

I wanted to cut Rasmussen some slack after the Danish Cycling said they would not let him represent them. But with the details that came out, I guess I cannot blame Rabbobank.
