IT help b4 I kill something
OK..this is kinda not exactly cigar talk..but if I dont figure out my blasted computer and printer and wireless crap soon Im going to kill something.
So any IT, computer guru, anyone that can tell me how the hell to get my printer on a network so that my laptops can print when on the wireless. 1 laptop is running vistas 1 is running XP. home computer which the printer is connected to is running xp as well. Ive read, reread, tried and retired all the lil 'help me' crap they post. :support: whatever I dont end up smoking trying to do this Ill send your way for helping...LOL

Looks like you have the man for the job^^ I got mine working on two different laptops but it is trial and error everytime.

The root of the problem is that both computers wired into the same router cannot see each other, but they can see the router and the internet. Sounds like a router configuration or local area problem. Once you get the 2 computers talking to each other (via ping), the rest is easy.

FRICKING THINGS...the 'puters still arent 'talking' .... web is trying to help.. and Im trying to not take the hammer to either the printer or computers.
