    cutting stills from video ?

    I was wondering if there a simple way to cut a pic out of a video, off of u-tube for example, to post ?
    I smoke old stogies I have found, short but not to big around....

    yeah, VLC media player allows you to take screen shots...not sure if that's what you wanted...

    theres also a tiny program called cam32, it lets you copy anything on your computer screen

    You can use the printscreen function on a PC and then crop in paint.

    On a Mac you have a couple of built-in options. The one you would likely want would be: command+shift+4. That allows you to select how much you would like to take a screenshot of.

    yeah but Prt Scrn is very low quality...crappy resolution.
