As you get older, have you changed your computer habit?

When I was younger, I built ever computer I used (more time than money). The generic white box PC was what I always had at home. Back in 2006 I got a MacBook Pro as my going away present from my job of fifteen years. This year, I purchased my second MacBook Pro. I love the fact that I can load up an emulator and keep all the types of systems I support ready to run at a moments notice. I also find that dealing with a high end Mac, that my downtime for repairs is greatly reduced. I guess I am at the stage in my life where I have more money than time.

Has your computer preference shifted over time? If so from what to what?

Not really, I still use PC primarily and enjoy it. Macs are fine, just obscenely overpriced and more of a "social statement" imo. They're nice, look fantastic, and iMovie is amazing but you can do everything a mac can on a PC for a fraction of the price.
