4912 Cole Avenue Dallas, Texas 75205 (214) 521-4211 Hours: Sunday through Wednesday: 5:30 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Thursday through Saturday: 5:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. http://www.javiers.net/ Not only is Javier's my favorite restaurant in Dallas, it's also my favorite place to smoke a cigar. They have a great cigar lounge in the back of the restaurant and keep a pretty well-stocked humidor. The place is fairly upscale and serves terrific Continental Mexico City-style cuisine.
