November Herf

Aight guys and gals....November is my month! I know we're still in October but I'd like to get a head start of this. First and foremost I need to know what weekends everyone is available or more importantly what weekends you're NOT available, whether it be for kids, work, or whatever. I already know the weekend of the 3rd and 4th is out because thats when I come home. I'm not sure if yal will or will not be in town the weekend after Thanksgiving. Soooooooooooooooo when is everyone available?!

I'm glad you are going to home for it! Thought we was going to have to skip you LOL. The only weekend I have free is the one your coming home on, so see what works best for everybody else and I will do my best to make it!

10-11th would work best for me. I could make it the other weekends too, just got UofH football games on 4th, 17th, and 24th so I'd have to come after the game.

Hey David I got it. Robusto's is open on Sundays now. So you could have it on a sunday evening (11th or 25th). Its not crowed, plus we will have sunday night football going on. Let me know what you think and we can start planning it.

I've had some people express some interest in a herf and guns event. A day at the range then head over to Robustos and have some smokes. Idea sounds interesting enough to me, and I know I love to go to the range. Everyones feelings on the idea? BTW we still need a date for this thing......anyone know if American Gun Range in Katy is open on Sundays?

I like it, we can smoke at the range and then a few drinks and smoke again at Robustos. It is open Sundays from 8am-7pm.

Rhonda, you gotta like this. I wanna see that cannon 44 Magnum with a 10" barrel you got. Troy, you can bring your pea shooter too...lol

Aww, Troy, I was just beakin' off...all I got is a pea shooter myself. It's not the size of the gun you carry, but the accuracy and speed with which you can carry out the act.

nothin big, just a Browning 9mm, but I think I am a fair shot. If we don't do this for the Nov Herf, I would like to get together with as many of the H-town Stogers as possible just to squeeze a few off one weekend...

9mm is plenty of gun. I have only had to use my gun once. At the time it was a Glock 17 (9mm). And it did the trick.
