Sorry to hear Harland. I just went through this last year myself, and my other dog turned 13 yesterday so I know it is just a matter of time before I have to do it again. Remember all the good times and happiness she brought you. My thoughts go out to your family.

I'm so sorry to hear about your loss. My dog recently (Aug.) died and some days it's still tough. Today my 4 year old daughter saw a picture of him and said she missed Maverick.

Pets are like family, and I'm genuinely sorry you lost a member of yours.

Losing a beloved pet is almost harder than losing a human as you are unable to talk to them while they are ill. Just rest assured that Missy certainly knew that you loved her, and in return she gave you her unconditional love. So, you have my sincere sympathy in your grief, realize that time will heal the hurt.
