I am wishing Rosco good luck! Our golden retriever sucessfully made it through a bloat operation, so I know what you are going through. Hang in there!

Amen to a full and speedy recovery for Rosco. Hope he is home soon to his loving family.
My Roscoe is a 5 year old yellow lab & also a hemopheliac... We have had some close calls with him bleeding but never bloat, thank God. He could not have an operation for it.

******* UPDATE *******
We went to see him last night. The staff is wonderful! They have NEVER met such a lovable GSD. He is getting better by the day and they hope to try some soft food tonight. If he holds it down and has a bowel movement, he should be coming home tomorrow afternoon. (Saturday) He is still in the 70% chance, but getting towards a full recovery!!!!!! Still keep him in your thoughts and prayers if you could. |

The big guy came home Saturday!!!!
 He is still very sore and just loafs around. He has to be confined indoors for 3 weeks! So he cant run around and pull his stitches out.(He is very depressed about that but we are trying to make his indoor stay as easy as possible). Will give an update in a few days. Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers. |
