For my Daughters Pup
Some of you might remember when my wife got me a Boxer Pup a while back....well my youngest has adopted her as hers but she stopped eating Sat. and really hasnt been real active. Took her into the vet and found out she "Might" have Parvo. She has had her shots but just like the flu you can still get it. Shes on meds and Pedilite, kids are upset, wifes stressed out and I really am in no mood to loose another Puppy (Lost an english Bull dog after having him for 6 months, knew he had a heart issue but it was really hard)




Just send out any Good Karma, MOJO or Prayers




and to those I owed to..all in the mail today, sorry bout the hold up.

Sorry to hear about the pup. Will send thoughts her way.

Did they do an xray? Reason I ask is that my Lab pup eats socks like they are treats. When she has one in her she really mopes around and does not eat well till it comes out the other end.

No no x-ray...We have her records showing she had her Parvo Vaccination but the Vets records showed she didnt so we are now trying to figure it all out. Shes much better today after eating some meatballs late last night and drinking water and pedilite and keeping it down!

I think she got into something that upset her stomach (sock, dryer sheet type deal, bird, frog...)

She is doing better hr. by hr.

Karie just called and the Pup ate some solid food and kept it down...not out of the wood but 1st time either of us have seen her eat since Sunday. Its weird even the Vet said she didnt act or look like a dog suffering from Parvo (just a couple signs that indicate and a Parvo test) so maybe it s just a virus or a sock!

Could have eaten something and gotten an obstruction... has she been going to the bathroom (specifically #2)? I know one sign of an obstruction is they stop eating.

She has and that one of the signs the Vet used to help determine she had Parvo was the blood in it.


Good news is that While I have been at work she has eaten a lil more and been playing with the kids at home. Thanks Guys!!
