I used to have problems with migranes. After a few little tests, they just told me I needed to watch what I eat. I really haven't had any problems for a couple years. So I guess its working!

Depa guys is used for seizures but they fond out that it works for headaches also

on depakote you start out slow like 500 milligrams then work your way up to higher milligrams
but after about 1500 milligrams you have to go get blood-work done. So the doc does not OD you on it

I had blood work done at
1500 milligrams
2000 milligrams
2500 milligrams
3000 milligrams current level
