Yesterday I got the call that my great friend and mentor passed.
A yr ago Norm was diagnosed with brain cancer.
Long story short, he can finally rest. He deserves it.
Please keep Norm and his family in your prayers,,,,,,,,,,,,,Thanks, Al

Very sorry to hear about the loss of a friend to such an ugly thing. Life is such that we tend to value those we care about when we experience loss. This is another "life wake up call" for those of us to redeem the time we have with those who we care about...don't wait until they get sick to appreciate them as anyone of us could be gone in the blink of an eye. My Grandmother always was telling me to "redeem the time" you have with those you care about. As I got older I really started to value that thought and make it a point to tell others I care about how I feel. You don't get a second chance after they are gone.

Yeah, cigary with another good post. My dad lost his brother (when they were teenagers) to brain cancer, as well as my grandmother and his sister. It's not a pretty thing, but it's almost comforting to know that any suffering is over for him now. I hope all the best for you bull!
