Ouch! I feel for you. I remember when my daughter broke her ankle. I would happily have broken both my legs rather than have to watch her go through that. On the upside, they heal fast at that age, and they don't seem to mind all the extra attention.

Just came back from the ortho.

She has fluid on the knee,damaged her tibia and ripped part of her growth plate on her knee.

Two weeks in an imobilizer for her knee and back to the doctor and we will go from there.

Man, knee injuries are no fun. Good luck, sounds like the perfect opportunity for Dad to pay extra attention to his little girl! Maybe a few trips to the ice cream shop are in order? Anyhow, God bless, and get better!

Very sorry to hear about your daughter's injury Richard. Sending thoughts and prayers her way. After having 3 surgeries on my right knee, I pray she doesn't have to go through it.
