    I know your fear!
Unfortunately, in two days will make a year since I lost my Dad!
It still hurts and I miss him dearly.
Hopefully you will still have many more years of your Dad's company.

Prayers for your Dad and your family are on the way brother. I lost my father 18 years ago - I hope you don't have to go thru that for a long long time!

I live a life of perpetual terror of anything happening to my dad. He's 83 and the most honorable man I've ever known. Yours is in my thoughts.

A little history about my dad so you guys have an idea about what's going on.

Heart problems are big in my family, always have been.

About 10 years ago, dad had a heart attack and had to have a stint put in.

Dad has recently been experiencing pain the left side of his body.

He went in to the heart doctor and the doctor said he was just fine.

He went in and got a colonoscopy to make sure there were no issues there and the doc said he looked fine.

Good news is that from the checkups done thus far, he has checked out fine.

Bad news is there is still pain caused by something unknown.

My dad isn't one to complain about pain generally so it was a bit alarming to me when he brought it up.

He also was asking if I could run his store if he needed me to and he didn't want to tell me what was going on which just worried me more.

He has had some issues with acid reflux in the past which they gave him some better medicine to help that but he really doesn't think its acid reflux pain.

They are going to get his gall bladder checked out soon I do believe to see if that might be the problem.

These pains that doctors cant find are the most scary thing to me.

I've known people that go to the doctor for pains and get sent home only to die sometimes only hours later.

I hope the pains stop or they get it figured out.
