I have smoked a few of the reds and they are a great cigar and the price is right. Now I have tried the Red & Blues but have yet to try what everyone else has talked about. The Greens & Blacks are on my list of wants. So for now I'm being watched --very closely--if you know what I mean!

LOL

601's have become one of my favorites - Green Oscuro are to die for and Blue box-pressed maduro are right behind - making sure have good supply on hand at all times! Had a Connecticut the other day and found it a little too mild for my taste - filler was good as always but wrapper left a little to be desired - great if you like mild cigars but not enough for me. Have a Corojo to try tomorrow - can't wait! Will have to pick up some Red Habano to try! Also the Cubao is the schizz - at least the Lancero which is one I tried. Have another Lancero & a couple torpedoes to verify with. EO is definitely doing it right!!!!

I think I've had a couple of the 601s... picked up as 'fest swag - one was a Red, tasted like "some more" to me (don't recall now what the other was, I'd have to dig through my box o' bands)

Had my other Cubao lancero last night and it was a tremendous - was so tasty and the draw was perfect with loads of rich smoke - couldn't ask for more! Getting ready to go out and have a 601 black but it's not the 601 black Conn. that I had last week - it has a very dark brown wrapper unlike the light brown Conn. black label from last week? A little help y'all - both black label but totally different?

Well the cigar was absolutely fantastic! It was a an Oscuro, no question, they are one of my favorites and I know the taste. The interesting thing was the black label - got it in a free DPG sampler - doesn't matter cause it was superb as always - not sure how the black label got on the Oscuro but damn it was good!!!!!

The Box Pressed Blue is a great stick. Just a stitch above the red but all in all, I love all of the 601 line.
