Tulalip Casino - The round bar in the center
If you can stand casino noise its not a bad place to smoke a stogie. Non alky drinks are free and the people are generally cool cats. They do have a humidor however I would suggest you bring your own unless you like them mild.

Hours: 24 by 7 baby! However, they stop serving alky drinks at 1:15am (I have no clue why).

Never heard of a casino charging for alcohol (and having a cutoff time) as long as you are playing a game.... Is it truly a casino?

Its free booze if your playing a game but they still cut you off. All of the casinos in washington are that way. My guess is they have some weird deal with the state liquor board since its so tightly regulated. Yes its a full on casino with all the games unlike the card room model. Unfortunately they took the games out of the bar...

Do they have an actual cigar lounge? I was at Silver Reef in Ferndale a couple of weeks ago and even though it's a smoking casino, pipes and cigars were a no no

The tulalip casino (larger) allows both its their sister casino the quilceda casino (smaller) that I heard does not allow pipes or cigars. I just enjoyed some stogies with my boys last night. I am not sure about the ones further north of Marysville.

I know they made it illegal to bet on line in our state, but the last I heard is that Rob Mckenna is trying or asking for a bill to make it illegal to buy tobacco products of any kind on line in our state.

It will be easy enough to get around, we will all have to adopt pardners in other states!
I'm not sure if the tobacco bill will come up in the current session as they have enough problems with with the deficit, but you know it's coming.
