    Panerai & Cigar company Onwers

I have noticed that in the hand full of interviews I have watched with company owners RP, Jonathan Drew, ect. that Panerai seems to be pretty popular. Makes since though. These are the watch of real men. I have always been partial to them, they started the large diameter trend pretty much and they are just plain bad a$$, but that leaves the question. Is there a cigar company owners convention every year and someone had a Pani and everyone thought it was cool? Glad we now have a watch form as this is my other hobby!

Gotta love Panerai! Wish I could start putting money on the side to buy a nice Luminor Marina! It has been on my wish-list for a long time, along with the IWC Portugese or Da Vinci!

IWC has been on my list forever! It will probably stay that way too.

I've been tempted by a couple of Panerais for a while now, but can never quite pull the trigger. Ended up getting other watches. I'll probably own one at some point.

I would go with an IWC over Panerai if I was buying one. If someone gave me a Panerai as a gift, I would not hesitate to put it in my line up!!!

There are so many really nice watches out there!!!

Hard to compare IWC to Panerai.... Unless we are talking about the Rad series, IWC is a smaller more classic watch where as a Panerai is more of daily watch that is 44mm and BEEFY!

I love the "chunky" look of PAMs and their simplistic functionality. There's jst something about that almost sterile dial that looks clean. A PAM is definitely on my "to buy" list. Probably a 111

I had one for a couple of years and really enjoyed wearing it. When I moved out West I sold it because it was getting no wrist time.
