I blame the inexpensive hygrometer I have, it's running higher because that is what you get from inexpensive amazon hygrometers...I have tested it with my calibrated dial hygrometer. It's relatively 5-6%+...meh.
if you have 75% boveda packs in the container and it is under 70% inside the container the container is not air tight otherwise it would be 75% in the container as well. i would go with 65% because you have some room for error where the humidity can go up or down some and not effect the cigars
