Opus X Lost City

I am aware of the lore of the Lost City cigar. However, I see tons of them on an auction website, was there a reissue of Lost City, or are these the last in the bunch?

I could be wrong, but I am fairly positive that they make more every year. I just ordered a box a few days ago.

I have tons of them. Good cigars. Need some good aging and they taste amazing. And I am not a Fuente fan at all.

This Cigar is very popular esp. with Fuente Hounds....500 boxes are produced annually ....below is a pretty good bio as far as this cigar is concerned and while I tend to "rest" most Opus Cigars this one is smokeable ROTT ( or at least given a month or so depending on where it was sourced from. Spring and Fall temps notwithstanding help to keep the tobacco at correct RH and temps. The nice thing about Opus Cigars is that you can rest/age them for years and while I smoke a lot of them I still buy the regulars and don't fall for the "Super Premium" ultra marketing advertising they come with....

"One of the most sought after, and hardest to find cigars in the world, the Opus X is the pinnacle of perfection when it comes to ultra-premium cigars. Carlos and company’s latest creation, the Fuente Fuente Opus X. Made in ultra-small batches the Lost City Cigars incorporate rare, 5-year aged tobaccos grown on the Chateau de la Fuente farm. Made with 100% Dominican-grown tobaccos, this Puro features dark chocolate brown Dominican wrappers and an incomparable blend of Dominican long-fillers."

Gotta shorten it a bit. You need to find the happy medium that says "what a guy, he deserves a smoke" . This is more to the "geez, this dude won't quit rambling" or "I've gotten something suctioned to my right butt cheek, would someone hit it with a stick".. lol

The Russian judges give it a 4.7
