Smell

I enjoy my pipes, but when i'm around my young children, I do not want to smell of it. What do you do to 'not smell' of tobacco?
I brush/mouth wash, wash hands and face, and change shirt.
it seems like a lot to do after a smoke.... anything else? (maybe its all in my head literally..i was thinking that it might be in my nostrils and i don't actually smell bad).

If it's that big a problem, smoke after they go to bed. You cant smoke tobacco and appease everyone at the same time.

Smoke will cling to hair and everything else, short of a full shower and change of clothes someone that doesn’t smoke will smell it. You might have to become a Midnight smoker!

Maybe change blends that you smoke before being around the kids ? Recently, I was actually complimented by a lady family member about 'the really nice smell' of the tobacco I was smoking. This has happened to me quite a few times. If you're like many men, the smell of your pipe may be something your children fondly remember about you in the future.

On the other hand, the smell of a cigar on my clothing often gets a negative reaction from non-smokers.

Brother, ain't that the truth !

Yesterday I saw a 'Fathers Day' newspaper ad that offered discounted hair removal for ole' Dad. Alongside a metro-sexual 'Dad' was his depicted wife and child daughter. "Must get rid of Daddy's disgusting body hair" including his 'bikini line' ?! WTF ?! No way 'Daddy' would smoke nasty pipes or cigars !

If they're trying to brainwash us, it ain't working.
