Thoughts on Some Random CBid Tobacco Purchases?

Hi All,

So my wife ran out of her Tabak Especial Dulce cigarillos, which she likes to sit on the back porch with me and smoke on nice evenings. (We've been having a lot of those lately in Indiana.) I ended up winning a bid for a ten-pack on CBid over the weekend, at a pretty nice discount compared to normal prices, even with shipping.

Of course, once I'd paid the shipping for her cigarillos, I thought to myself, "Hey, why not see what else I can pick up for $1 shipping before Wednesday?" (I know, famous last words.) Since I'm getting into the pipe stuff, I decided to see what deals I could grab on pipe tobacco on the cheap. I set myself a limit of $7 per tin, and no more than five tins.

In the end, I won four auctions (and went fifty cents over on one of them). Because I know very little about pipe tobacco at this point, these purchases were made fairly blind. I did a quick search on Tobacco Reviews to make sure they weren't tinned dog turds, but otherwise, I just got them based on wanting to try a variety. Here's what I got:

Ashton Guilty Pleasure
Mac Baren 7 Seas Regular
Cult Blood Red Moon
Cult Abacus

So, I'm curious if anyone has any opinions on any of these blends, or any suggestions on what to expect, smoking preferences/tendencies, etc. They all sound pretty good based on their online descriptions, but those descriptions can make Gurkhas sound pretty good, too.

Thanks!

Cult blood red is a popular blend, a bit of cherry flavor to it but not overpowering

The cult stuff is good, but requires a little plate time before you pack it.
