I never would've guessed Springfield had a Croat factory.

Did a quick google and found this. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/HS2000

I've had many carry guns in my LE career but for me the Wilson Combat CQB .46 has been my best Gun.

Great gun - but didn't know they came in .46 - lol.
Kidding aside, I really want a Guncrafter Industries Model 2 w/.50 option.

Smoke 'em if you got 'em

I recently picked up a Ruger American Predator 6.5 Creedmoor: one, because it was cheap and two, because I wanted to get familiar with the 6.5mm Creedmoor cartridge. I mounted an older Leopold Mark 4 3-9x 36mm LR/T scope with a MRAD reticle, that was gathering dust in the safe, on it. So, yesterday I spent the morning at the range getting it zeroed in at 200 yards.

This gun sure shoots. Three and 4 shot groups were running about 1 inch at 200 yards with factory ammo. Its a keeper and I'll being hunting pronghorn antelope with it this September.

Two guns in one day yesterday, both were gifted to me.

Bond Arms Mama Bear derringer, .357/.38 SPL. Built like a tank, this will be something I can pass down to my kids. Haven't fired it yet, but supposedly very manageable if you don't fire full power magnum loads. I bought some Speer short barrel .357 SD ammo that should come out at 1000-1100 fps. I don't need to put a ton of practice in with it either, since it's a backup gun, and pretty much a 'belly gun'.

The second is a Hopkins and Allen Forehand model 1901. Probably circa 1910, max. I cleaned it up as much as I could, and while I'm no expert, the barrel seems to be in good shape after cleaning out the burnt powder. It came with the shown S&W .32 pure lead bullets. I will take it to a gunsmith and have them offer an opinion whether it is suitable to be fired. The general consensus seems to be that modern .32 S&W is okay in old timey revolvers. The ballistics for that cartridge are awful, but I bet it would make a great range toy / plinker / conversation starter.
