I have absolutely no regrets

I've got 6 steel mags (4 H&K and 2 POF), all loaded with 147gr hollow points. And two ETS polymer mags that I use as range mags
The recoil is smooth, its accurate as hell, and I can put rounds in the 9-10 as fast as I can pull the trigger at 50 feet with iron sights

I used to geek out about even being able to shoot one, I never thought I'd be able to own one. Sheer bliss

Next up, I'm gonna get a VP9 when the new 17 round version hits. I held that at a gun shop and couldn't justify keeping the Glock 17 any longer. No contrast in terms of how it feels to me

I have seen them at the range.
Like all Rugers they are rudimentary in the sense.
They are very unrefined but very durable and a bargain.
For a gun like a Glock at half the price.
At under $300 its a no brainier go for it!

Ain't nothing smother than a Colt 1911 cocked and locked.
For me personally this is IMHO and YMMV.
A double action semi auto pistol.
Is a solution for a problem that does not exist.

You should give the LC9s a try totally different trigger (striker fired vs internal hammer on the LC9) and very smooth right out of the box. I have the LC9s Pro (without the safety) and the trigger is very smooth with a crisp break.
