Not even a tree down. He says his yard is a mess and the screen to his patio is pushed in a bit.....That's about it. My other friend who helped me buy 48 acres up the mountain owns an electrical business in St Pete and he only lost 1 panel of tin at his shop. Power is out at his shop but not at his house. Lost power at home yesterday afternoon. Georgia Power says today is an "assessment day". WTH?

My wife is smarter than me, I guess. She went in to her office even though they weren't expected and sent me to the local cigar lounge, both of which have power and WiFi.

Thank you. Yeah, it's a riot. I'm just glad nobody got hurt.

My power stayed on here in Greenville. It was a windy and probably got a good 18 hours of pretty solid rain. It tends to go out when we get a storm. There are a lot of branches on the roads and trees down in spots, but all in all it was not too bad.

Even with everything going on as is was, Jefferson Electric Co-Op had a truck here this morning at 10:00 hours and got the power back on... Couldn't ask for better service.

Glad to hear of zero injuries and hope any and all damages are repaired soon. And also hope all services are reestablished for everyone ASAP.

Many of us dodged the bullet this time and for those who took the brunt of the storm, my prayers are still with you.

Power is back on! WooooHooo! We finally got power back on this evening and friends who don't yet are coming to get showers. Most of my family doesn't have power yet so I can't help but feel sad for them. For any of you who don't yet, I hope you will soon.

We lost power in NE ga Monday afternoon. Lots wind and rain. Stayed out most of the night babysitting PowerLines in the roads and car accidents. Utility companies and GDOT pulled there people off early and would not give us ETA . So I guess we were allocated as road babysitters. 10 departments all out with trucks fir the lines. The good news is there were no additional structure fires. Power came back up last night
