I believe it is. When I get a link to it, I'll post it here.

They got a lot of positive response and I've already been asked to do another show in October.

Btw, here's a link to another podcast I did earlier this year. We talked comics and pipe tobacco.

How are the Archie comics nowadays compared to the older ones? I might pick up a few tomorrow when I go to the comics store. I'm still reading through The Sandman. Only about 1500 pages to go...

If you buy the digest books, they are the same as they always have been, meaning family entertainment. If you buy any of the regular size comics, they are quite different.

Great stuff. Every question about your personal opinions on certain things regarding comics (and other topics) was accompanied by some inside info about the guys who actually made this stuff. For example, the story about the Captain America #1 cover almost being turned down. Stuff like that makes listening to you so interesting. You add so much context.

I'll admit, the Marvel movies are entertaining for me, and done well for what they are, but Captain America is not the Cap from the comics. It's good to here you say it, it's reassuring to have a guy from the business confirm what I've been thinking. Your insight about how new filmmakers want to put their own spin on things and think they can do them better was spot on. I say, take great stories and pay homage to them, but who am I lol

Thanks again for doing the interviews, great stuff.
