Man, I really wanna pick music back up now....

It's never too late. And the muscle memory might be rusty but it's still there.. I recently picked up drum sticks for the first time I'm almost 15 years and it's all coming back to me... slowly, but it's coming back. I say go for it.

Sounds like you had a killer collection. My two piece collection is also long gone. I had a 70's Gibson bass tagged "The Ripper" back in high school, then bought a Yamaha acoustic guitar to teach myself. When I was 15 we used to get into a little dive club in Youngstown, Ohio called Cedars to watch local bands. Really safe place if anyone's familiar with Youngstown in the early 90's..... One of the favorites we used to see, I ended up playing bass for my senior year thanks to a friend who was originally taking the spot bowing out. We did some studio stuff, but never played live. For a high school kid, getting to play with guys you watched on stage in a packed house it was "living the dream".
Playing again has been on my mind a lot lately. It's been so long though that I fear muscle memory has even forgot.

thanks for sharing that story, it was awesome, but no no no your muscle memory if fine! Sure you'll be rusty just like me pappajohn75, but you'd be surprised how fast your muscle memory returns. I think you should go for it

Well I'll let the mods look into it. Maybe they will tell me what happened and why?

I found the problem... Google put a security lock on my account because they thought I didn't give a certain google site permission to access my site, but I actually did. Sorry for the troubles to all. I'll try again and maybe you Puffers can tell me if it is working.

Arrow

Here's me playing just the lead guitar on a jam we did in my friends home studio.
I'm playing a Gibson Les Paul Gold Top. The lead sounds a bit Pink Floydish and bit Slash/G&R.
You tell me LOL. Hope you enjoy it, but it's ok if you don't.
Peace, Prozac

Loved it! I can hear the Pink Floyd influence. Reminds me of his song "Learning to Fly".
