But hey, a couple of them are limited editions! I guess there's only so many idiots that will buy that crap.

I was in Walgreens the other day and noticed they're back to selling cheap bundles of generic unbanded cigars again like they did back in the 90's. Just a little more push and we can start talking about the cigar boom of the 2020's! Don't start jumping for joy, though. The cigar boom of the 90's forced a tobacco shortage and yielded a great influx of crappy cigars. O'course, at Thompson's it never ended!

The sad part is, how many noobs think the same thing and act on it. I still have crap from when I first started back into this mess... Unsmokable garbage. Think they were 15$ for 20. Iwas in search of the perfect yardgar ..I thought WTH, i can always give em away. I've still got most of the THREE bundles left. I wouldn't give em to the moochinest of my friends... lol

Yep, same here, as cheap as I am I couldn’t see any point in saving em, threw em in the compost pile so that it wasn’t a total loss!

But on a positive note, I also found my iron horse's hitting the cheapo sales bin.

Today was such an insanely long day... Got up at 4 to get ready and head to work bike patrol at the track for the 500, after working the track last night. Most of the day was uneventful, until me and a couple other guys got detailed to escort Christian Bale and Matt Damon into the center of the track so they can wave the flags. Freaking crowds of people going nuts over some guys that get paid to pretend to be other people, trying to rush them for autographs...

Fast-forward until the race is underway, and I'm on patrol outside the track when an idiotic, hyped up son-of-a-trailer-park-manager decided to pull a gun on a couple of guys that cut through the trailer park trying to get back to the racetrack. Long story short the guy drew down on a scrawny little guy after the dudes dad shoved one of them and got a hot dog/soda thrown at him. So idiot with the gun goes to jail, his dad is mad, and I'm left with a trip to the property room and a digital pile of paperwork.

I'm finally done now, but holy crap do I need a drink and a cigar...

Oh, and probably some aloe vera for my sunburned face, hahahaha.

I hope everyone's weekend has treated them better than mine has. Did someone win the race?

Simon Pagenaud won a good the race.

At least you weren't bored. And you followed my first rule.

Stay safe brother. Enjoy that drink and smoke.
