Question Europe trip coming up... Any suggestions?

I'll be flying into Geneva and then starting a multi-week driving vacation through northern Italy, Croatia, Slovenia, Austria, and Germany... Any suggestions for buying cigars in Split, Zadar, Ljubljana, Salzburg, Lucerne, or Interlaken? I've never been to Europe before either... Are Cubans priced there relatively the same as in the Caribbean nations or higher? Thanks!!

Unless you personally know vendors be careful. I'm going to Europe myself this year and visiting a lot of different countries and I feel safer bringing my own. From my other trips Spain tends to offer great pricing while other countries will have you step on a scale and weigh your wallet. Have fun.

Check out habanos authorised distrubiter in the various country's for a list of legit vendors, e.g interbank in switzerland. Geneva has a couple of good shops including Davidoff

+1

Just got back from Geneva this morning. VERY VERY VERY expensive!! Beer is around $12 a pint. Food is shocking. Try $90 for 2 x curry's, 1 x rice, 1 x naan bread, 1 x Coke, 1 x Water

Or $75 for 1 x chimichanga, 1 x veg burrito, 2 x beer.

Had a sneak peek in Davidoff yesterday. The Zino's wern't badly priced tbf. Also, don't forget Gesto Cigars.

BTW, Cubans are more expensive in Europe than in Cuba.

If you want to go for Europe trip then first you should be take a complete information about you trip and packages, After when you go for travelling then you can pack your bag with all accessories which you need. When i was going to Europe with my family and visiting a lot of different countries and feel more secure my collection.

Re: Europe trip coming up... Any suggestions?

Yes. Geneva is very expensive. The other cities you are going to shouldn't be as bad. When I traveled to Europe last year Geneva was, by far, the most expensive. I think I spent 30 dollars at McDonalds on a value meal (although they did have macaroons which was odd).
Good legit cigars lounges are difficult to find but they do exist with enough research. Cubans aren't too cheap but available. In western europe, they were often at small grocery stores, liquor stores, and bars. I was able to redilly find individually wrapped Cuban Zino's (about 5.25" and a small RG comes in a silver wrapper) that were good tasting and perfect for having a seat and taking in the sights. I recommend those.

As for Cubans by the box, when I did find a place sellng boxes I can trust, they were very expensive and I passed on them. Enjoy them at least by the stick while your there for sure!
