If you want to splurge take her to Opryland Hotel for the night, watch the water light show, drink at the bar...
Union Station Hotel Downtown if you want to walk around lower Broadway, plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Wildhorse Saloon, 2nd Ave N.
Grand Ole Opry, Ryman Auditorium, country Music Hall of Fame
Might want to check out Germantown, its on the National Register of Historic Places. Many of Nashville’s most critically acclaimed restaurants makes it a culinary destination.
My favorite Cigar lounge is in the Glutch downtown Casa de Montecristo bar and lounge 600 9th Ave S. Large Humidor, well ventilated, good prices. Outdoor seating
Primings Cigar bar and lounge 701 4th Ave S. Smaller Humidor, well ventilated.
I think you would like Smokers Abbey, older, smaller, Artistically different, friendly, laid back. Serves Beer. Cons: small Humidor and not regulated well last time I was there, ventilation not great but you can sit outside with a beer.
I would be glad to meet up for a cigar with you both if I can, depending on date and time.
